Miaplaza’s Accessibility Statement
Our Aim
Miaplaza is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone by applying relevant accessibility standards.
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define how to make Web content more accessible to people with disabilities. The guidelines define three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.
This statement was created in December 2025.
This policy applies to all Miaplaza services, Miacademy, MiaPrep, MiaPrep Online High School (MOHS), Always Icecream, and Clever Dragons, and their respective websites.
Wherever possible, we will aim to adhere to Level AA of the WCAG 2.1 guidelines, which states that sites should be:
- Robust – Content must be robust enough to be interpreted reliably by a wide variety of user agents, including assistive technologies.
- Perceivable – Information and user interface components must be presentable to users in ways they can perceive.
- Operable – User interface components and navigation must be operable.
- Understandable – Information and the operation of the user interface must be understandable.
