How Do I Get Miacademy With the ESA in Wyoming?

To sign up for the Wyoming ESA, you may begin your application here. Applications will close on June 15, 2025

If you have multiple children to apply for (including pre-K and K-12), you may use one application for all students.

To apply, you will need:

  1. Student’s birth certificate or passport
  2. Proof of residency in the form of two Wyoming utility bills, vehicle registration, proof of home ownership, or a rental agreement
  3. Pre-K ONLY — proof of income
  4. A completed and signed parent contract (within the application)

Applications are reviewed based on submission of the completed application and supporting documents (listed above).

After you are accepted in the ESA program, but before receiving ESA funds, you will need to formally withdraw your child from their public school and notify the school district of their intent to join the ESA program. This written notice must be given to the school within 15 days of the signed parent contract, and proof of withdrawal — such as a formal letter or ESA acceptance email — is required.

The award is paid in quarterly installments beginning Jul 1, 2025.

From there, you may place your order via the ESA account on the Odyssey website.
