K-5 Back to School Activities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Back to school is an exciting time of year for everyone, especially elementary school students! At the beginning of the school year, planning and reflective activities can help kids organize their goals and calm any first-day nerves. Practicing these skills early also helps children recognize their feelings around learning and can help them know when it\u2019s time to take a break.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here\u2019s a sneak peek at what we have to offer our K-5 students this fall!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Back-to-School Mood Meter:<\/strong> Help your child analyze their feelings about the upcoming school year with our mood meter! Students can draw or write what they are most excited about and most nervous about, and they can work through any nervousness through this fun journaling exercise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
